Photos From Armenia

"The feeling of nostalgia that haunts those of you living far away from your motherland can be excruciating. Anyone who has felt that even once knows what it means to miss the people and the places that you have left behind.

Our goal is to bring those of you who are away from Armenia one step closer to your loved ones and favorite sceneries.

Azat don’t even gave me any ides on Legos  it’s one of my hobby’s. Or at list it was one of my hobby’s, I’m a recovering legoHollik  

2 years a go with 2 of my friends we made a Noyan Tapan – ohh man – ohh men - ohh man -

we made the Tapan in 2 months – and it only lasted 7 days in his kids hends.

Tapan was 8’ long – you do the math – haw many Legos and how much he spend on Legos . he has been asking me to help him one more time, since his kid is older now.

Web-Enabled Etch-A-Sketch.

Here is how it works. This guy named Allen attached stepper motors and connected them with pulleys to the Etch-A-Sketch knobs. He also added controls to manipulate the motors using web commands.

I think it is pretty cool the way it works.

Give it a try

The only problem with the highway LAN is that you can't really see the laptop display too well in a car (can you tell I've tried? )

Like HERE. Last May, I drove most of the way from Utah to CA looking at the laptop screen trying to read what the HECK was wrong with my engine But at night, it's perfect!!! Notice the missing passenger seat

Fortunately, I can hookup my new laptop to my LCD screen it the car since laptop has TV out built-in. But it's still not good for reading text.

While my friend drove to San Diego for a demo with HDS about 3 years ago in his convertible, I was making chnages to the core of our product my old Toshiba Tecra. By far the best laptop I have had for it's given time. I have owned faster and slicked laptos since, but for that time it was the best. The screen was just so bright and great.

I was actually reading about that C3 processor not too long ago ... seems very interesting and has the potential to kick some serious butt in the low-end stuff ... they use a .13 process and the chip is supposed to be ultra small and power efficient. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up in some low-end ultra-cheap PDA/Laptop hybrids.
