MosJan
ARMENIAN-CHINESE ENTERPRISE ASSEMBLING TELEVISION SETS ESTABLISHED IN ARMENIA13.09.2001 /PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenian-Chinese joint enterprise based on "Electron" Vanadzor factory is engaged in television set assembling. As Governor of Lori region Henrik Kochinian reported, television spare parts (mainly "JVC" and "TOSHIBA" television tubes) are supplied from China. In Kochinian's words, 230 "Hay-Chin" television sets with 54cm diagonal screen were assembled at the factory in August. The production of "Hay-Chin" is 70-100 dollars cheaper than the television sets assembled abroad. The Governor also noted that in case the demand grew, the number of television sets being assembled in Armenia would be increased. The whole production is sold in Armenia.
