MosJan Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 FIVE FAMILIES MOVED TO KARABAGH THIS YEAR Within the framework of 'Return to Artsax' program, five families have already moved to Shahumian region in Nagorno Artsax this year. The program is funded by the Artsax state budget, which is able to cover expenses for settlement of 200-250 families annually. According to the head of the government affiliated migration and refugees department Samvel Harutyunian, the government of Nagorno Artsax spends from $5,000 to $8,000 on resettlement of each family.
