MosJan
AZERBAIJANI OPPOSITION SCHEMES NEW PLAN FOR RESOLVING KARABAGH CONFLICTThe Azerbaijani opposition has schemed a new plan of how to resolve the decade-long Nagorno Artsax conflict. It issued a regulation plan which says that the OSCE Minsk group, the only international mediating team, authorized to help the sides to end the conflict, has exhausted all its possibilities. The opposition scheme proposes a new geo-political model for Azerbaijan- an alliance of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran, which also can be joined by Georgia, which will create powerful levers to pressure Armenia to agree to an option stemming from Azerbaijan's national interests. The opposition scheme also suggests that Armenia's economic blockade should be toughened. It also calls for convening an All-Azerbaijani conference to specify the united position and plan of actions. © Copyright AZG
