MosJan Posted November 3, 2001 Report Share Posted November 3, 2001 AGAIN ABOUT NORTH-SOUTH HIGHWAYAbout a month ago the Dashbulagh-Kichan 20-km part of North-South highway, which will connect al the regions of Nagorno-Karabagh, was put into operation. On October 31 another part of the highway- Karmir Shuka-Drakhtik, with length of 10 km was also opened. The prime minister of Karabagh Anushavan Danielian, executive director of Hayastan Pan-Armenian Fund Vahan Ter-Ghevondian and other officials were present at the opening ceremony of this part of the highway. The construction of Karmir Shuka-Drakhtik part of the highway was implemented by ‘Zangezurtransshin’ company and is of very good quality. The ceremony was held with all the glamour, and the local residents were very glad with the fact.
