The bill stipulates for 3-36 months’ imprisonment or a fine of 5-20 thousand euro for denial of genocides.Greek parliament recognized the genocide of Pontic Greeks, the Armenian Genocide and the Greek genocide in Asia Minor in 1994, 1996 and 1998 respectively.
