"Azerbaijanian delegation in Armenia was given a reception on high level," – stated Minister of Home Affairs of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov, who is in Yerevan at present, where the regular meeting of the Council of the Ministers of Internal Affairs of CIS countries has finished work today. According to his words, the authorities of Armenia have taken care of giving everything necessary for work and recreation. Answering the request to comment the recent declaration in Azerbaijan as if Nagorny Artsax is the centre of terrorism in the Caucasus, Usubov told the appraisal, to all appearances, reflected the opinion of an individual not representing the official point of view. Usubov told that "mutual support in such areas as prevention of crime is necessary". "A criminal is a criminal everywhere, and if a person who has committed a crime in Armenia appears in Azerbaijanian territory, he or she will be arrested without fail," – the Minister stated.
