Murtuz Aleskerov, the Azerbaijan Milli Mejlis speaker, suggests Armenian-Azerbaijani intergovernmental group forming. Aleskerov suggested that June 20, at the meeting with Armenian National Assembly delegation, that had participated in Parliament Assembly of the Black Sea economic collaboration countries, in Baku.
