As per Karapetyan, it is noteworthy, however, that all through thistime no one thought about the Armenian literature which Turkey's allyGermany had looted at the turn of the 20th century. `The Turks were a blunt instrument, whereas the German officers werelooting the [Armenian] monastery libraries and the manuscriptlibraries. That is why today there are Armenian manuscripts even inthe library of the most remote borough of Germany. Let's return thelooted items to one another!', the monument specialist said.
