My conclusion is that we are a "kharnevadz" people genetically. This is no different than many other world peoples. It is our culture and history which is the unifying theme, not the genes.

Levon Yepiskoposyan's conclusions were discussed in an article about his lecture at the AGBU Center in London which can be found in the August 14, 1999 edition of the Armenian Reporter International.

 

Luca Cavalli-Sforza previously studied the Armenians as well. His team found that the Armenians are closely tied genetically to the fair-haired peoples of northern afganistan and Pakistan, the Pathans, Hazara and Tajiks.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the most recent genetic studies, using the latest state of the art DNA technologies, come to some startling conclusions not only about the peas in the soup but about the base of the soup.

Last time I asked you to give some supporting evidence, you referred me to four Web sites. I visited them, and found not a shred of evidence supporting your "theory." Then you told me that you have heard about them in a private report of an Armenian specialist. Throughout months I observed the subject being elevated by you to a level of paranoia.

 

Finally, I find nothing more racist than your perpetual obsession the "base and the number of peas in the soup."

By scattering the remnants of the Armenians around the globe, they created for themselves an international Armenian Question instead of a domestic one.
