Opening the exhibition, president of Hungary Ferenc Madl noted, it is to introduce the Armenian culture to Hungarians and to familiarize them with the Armenian-Hungarian relation history numbering over thousands of years. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, speaking about the Armenian-Hungarian relations, the president noted the important role of the Armenian Diaspora in Hungary's history, the notable support of Armenians during the Hungarian revolution and liberation struggle in 1848-1849. 174 exhibits relating the origin of civilization in the Armenian plateau as well as historical chronicle of the Armenian-Hungarian relations are presented.
