Golden-Circle?!

Has anyone heard of the German system called "Golden Circle"? It now works in Armenia, too, and quite successfully, I would say.

Maybe it will help our people to get out of poverty? ( help those, of course, who is really eager to invest his energy and active cooperation to get out of poverty).

Golden Circle™ is an amazing money making system, based on the principle of network marketing.

Where other systems have failed, Golden Circle™ has developed a unique replacement system, which through advanced database management and a large network of dedicated salesmen, assures your progress in the system. When you participate in a lottery, make a bet or gamble, it is all about luck. When you take part in Golden Circle™ you are an active participant, which has a huge effect on the result. But best of all, our sophisticated computer system will be doing most of the work for you! This means that your chances of hitting the jackpot with Golden Circle™ are so much better than with any other system, game or lottery. Golden Circle™ has enjoyed great success all over the world.

It is now your turn to make big money, up to...

US $32,805

How the system works

Buy a $15 certificate from a friend or directly from us. Pay $15 to the bank account of the person listed at the top of the certificate and make sure you get a proper payment receipt. Complete the enrollment form and mail it to us together with the original payment receipt and a $15 payment for certificate monitoring. You will soon receive three new certificates to sell for $15 each - and then you're in the system for free!

When you have sold your three certificates, Golden Circle™ will, together with you, be monitoring your progress in the system. If a certificate in your downline is not sold within the set time limit, Golden Circle™ will issue a replacement certificate and sell it for you. That's what makes Golden Circle™ unique!

The purpose of the system is to get your own name on top of the list on as many certificates as possible. This happens automatically as more and more certificates are sold in your downlines. Each time a certificate is sold, a $15 payment is made to the person listed at the top of that certificate. It won't be long until you are the one receiving all those payments!

http://www.golden-circle.net/images/ladder.jpg

Your progress in the system (your downline) will look like this:

YOUR NAME CAN REACH 1ST PLACE ON UP TO 2,187 CERTIFICATES.

EACH TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAYMENT OF $15.

2,187 PAYMENTS OF $15 = $32,805 USD!

The quicker you sell your three certificates, the faster you will progress through the system.

Mail the enrollment forms yourself, as promptly as possible (preferably within 24 hours),

and your earnings will be paid to you a lot quicker! And don't forget:

When you have sold your three certificates, your participation is for FREE!

There is nothing "sophisticated" about it. It's a pyramid scheme which never works. It's basically a sham. I hope people in Armenia won't be fooled by their sneaky wordings such as: "network marketing", "advanced database management", "you're in the system for free", etc.

Only a very very very small number of people will make a LARGE amount of money in the system. And you can sure that if you didn't start the system, you won't be one of the "lucky" ones!

There is a saying here in the US ... not sure where it came from: "If you look around the poker table and you can't figure out who the sucker is, you're it".

Dear MosJan, if all you say is right, I hope the passage you copied from Golden Circle official site won't work as ad here. But as far as I know, the sum one risks is not such a big one to sweep of bankruptcy, on another side, it sounds quite realistic to help each other, being communicative... I was offered to enter it, and almost made my mind, seeing with my own eyes people, who surely did not start it, but make money on it as it is. Well, what to say?...

Dear Srbuhi ... what level in the picture that Mosjan put above do you think you will be in? Do you think there is a chance that maybe 1000 people are above you in the levels? Maybe 500 people? How about 100 people? Let's make it even really good ... let's say you are in the 22-nd level of the "pyramid" (which means about 20 people have sold certificates until it has reached to you).

Unfortunately, that would mean there are a bit more than 10 Billion people (certificates) above you!!! Most of them would need to get their money first before you get a dime (i.e. they need to be "sold").

But again, as you said, the risk is very small. It's only $15 or whatever it costs for the "certificates" ... but just think. In after only 20 steps of certificates being sold, the scheme requires MORE PEOPLE than we currently have in the world to survive.

I hope you will reconsider your decision of getting into the "system"

Note: My analysis above is a bit "extreme-case" but I think it helps to paint a ball-park picture of why this thing doesn't work. The number of certificates that need to be sold blows up exponentially in VERY short time. Play with the numbers a bit ... you will soon see how HUGE the number of "certificates" that need to be sold gets

Oh I just read the thing more carefully ... it looks like it costs you $45 to enter the system. $15 to buy a certificate, $15 to pay to the person on top of the certificate, and $15 for "monitoring".

One thing is for sure. Whoever is "monitoring" will make a lot of money.

You all will say that I am as obstinate as a... , but they say that one can sell even only one certificate and remain in. His byers, even 6 of them can do the same. Of course, your

version is extreme-case...

After thinking about it some more ... I think I should clarify a bit more what I was trying to say. As far as a single individual is concerned, anything can happen!!! So you may well end up making money with this ... basically, I am NOT saying that NO one will EVER get money with this.

All I was trying to say was regarding the "scheme" as a whole. It's just that in the long run, most of the participants will lose money (which makes sense since not everyone can make money at the same time, unless something "real" is created).

What it really comes down to, is that people pay you some money in the hopes that other people will pay them even more money!

Ok my head hurts now ... I think I need some sleep http://zr2.cs.ucla.edu/Sip/zr2/sleep.gif

Sip, I was carefully explained all this.Yes, you pay to be paid later, but it happens if you are eager... In order to reveal the truth, don't you mind (dear Movses, too ) if I go on telling what I was told? So this is how it comes: all one should do, is to sell his 3 certificates (each $15) and get his $45 back. His fault if he fails to sell them. But even if you manage to "get rid" of only one, the two others will be sold by the German office in your favour. It seems to be short-term investment, with long-term persentage feedback...Well, they are interested in the game to go on, so are the participants. Thus each of them is seeking a byer, and it promotes each of them, WHAT WAS TO BE PROVED, is not it so?...

Yup it is so

I have tried my best to discourage anyone who reads this from getting into it but that's as much as I can do.

Regarding the forum rules ... as long as you are not trying to SELL your certificates here, and as long as you are not trying to push people to go and participate, there are no rules being broken (in my opinion). After all, it always comes down to "buyer beware" and I think it is important to talk about stuff like this. Good luck with the "investment"

The only final warning I have is that please don't sell them to your friends! It is very likely that many around you will become involved in this and it is VERY likely that most will lose money. So even if you make money, just have this in mind so that an ugly situation does not come up. Once again, please only take this as "friendly advice" and nothing more/less. After all, my signature always applies

I think it applies here too .

Hahaha ... never heard that before! But actually the name "lotto" does imply "chance" so it's not that bad. But I did have a long argument with some guy once ... I was trying to convince him that getting the numbers "1 2 3 4 5 6" is just as likely as getting "23 32 4 16 21 18" (or any other arbitrary sequence). He just would not get it!!!

It was amazing how stubborn this guy was. He kept maintaining that "1 2 3 4 5 6" is a special sequence which is somehow less random than the other one

By the way, I read a VERY amazing statistic about Las Vegas. They recently installed these large screens on top of the Roulette tables that show the last few numbers that came up. They say adding those signs alone significantly boosted Casino profits!!! Can you believe this? Just by putting sings up like this?

After a lot of thinking, my theory is that people look at those signs ... they figure since a number 17 (for example) came up last time, it is less likely to come up. So they try not to put money on it. Or they try to come up with some crazy patterns in the numbers ... either way, it is VERY puzzling to me why those signs have had any impact on the outcomes of the game, even if all the rules are still the same

FORGET IT, IT's ILLEGAL!!!

It's just a pyramid scheme, with no product, and no money back guarantee.

This sort of thing is illegal almost everywhere in the world.

I do a lot of Network Marketing, and I have heard of lots of people being arrested, especially in Africa, for trying to sell Golden Circle Certificates, beleive me the only people who make money from this scam are the orgainisers.

If you must, look for a system that has a product !

A money back guarantee!

I could give you a few URL's of serious money making businesses cheaper and more honest then Golden Circle.

If you take a look at their website now they don't even have the 'How it Works' page online anymore, looks like they are having problems with the law?

Hi all

I was searching this company and related articles on the net, and came accross this thread. Here are some facts..... I know, in 1999 I bought three certificates. I sold them, bought another, and sold three again. I was in twice, I did my part.

Why was I researching this company today? I had one payment that was earned, that was never sent to me. The ad says they will re-issue the dead lines in priority and by least amount received. This has been 4 years later,..... and they've NOT been re-issued.

I do know that if you have 5 or more payments coming... they do send cheques however, as two people in my up-line did get cheques for $200 each. But the whole thing died.

In closing...... if everyone sells... you will get paid (unless you only had one payment coming like me), when you have 5 or more, they will send the cheques. But when it dies..... they forget all about you... even after I've e-mailed them twice. Now, four years later, I can't even log on to my account on their web-site...

This is the facts...... from someone who has participated, and I SOLD my share!

hope it helps someone somewhere......

Here's a saying we can add to the list:

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it probably is .... a duck.

Good Day! :wine:
