I'm so on it!!! Ok, here we go... Gayane's perfect husband: At work he is: ruthless, highly ambitious, highly self confident, a born leader with an excellent ability to delegate authority... must be very well educated At home he is: extremely affectionate, considerate, loving, respectful, patient, man enough to be able to lead while giving me enough room to be myself (very difficult proposition )... must be able to communicate and be comfortable with somewhat of a compromise, must be good with kids Socially he is: honest with a lot of integrity, charming, very well mannered, able to carry a conversation with anyone, a big plus if other women hit on him...lol... must stand out in a crowd In person he is: passionate, attractive, not necessarily gorgeous, masculine looks will do, tall preferred...must be charismatic In bed he is: lol...gotcha, my secret But I bet every girl is looking for those same qualities, some more than others. I think it's the little things that would make him the perfect husband though. He has to be committed to the marriage (ok, so that's a big thing...lol). I have to be able to respect him (he has to be more ambitious and more intelligent than I am ), I have to be able to be proud of him, no matter what surprises life has in store for us or where it takes us... proud of him as a man, as a husband, as a father, proud to have been chosen by him... he's the kind of a man who'll understand if I want to spend long hours at my clinic working out a difficult case or courting a new client, as well as understand if I want to sit at his feet and rest my head on his knee while he strokes my hair. He's the kind of a man who will make me want to rush home to cook dinner just because I'm cooking it for him, the kind of a man who'll hold me and say nothing ...for hours...if that's what it takes to make me feel better...the kind of a man who'll let me cry when I want to and let me dance around the house when I want to , the kind of a man who'll know who I am and will love me and respect me for being exactly who I am, the kind of a man who realizes how much teamwork and committment a marriage takes and the kind of a man who never takes me for granted. When, I look at my family and relatives most of my uncles and my dad pretty much fit your description.I think it is a matter of education. You as an intelligent women are looking for someone like you. In my opinion a well educated guy is most likely to fit your description of a perfect husband. However(!!), believe me when I say that there are a lot of inconsiderate, disrespectful, insecure, dishonest, ill mannered, non committal, not to mention lacking a single grain of charisma, albeit EDUCATED men!! Yes, there are those fitting that description in my family as well. Trouble is, they're already married!...lol..The up side to this is, as you say, they exist...lol...I certainly hope so.
