While Whites position is certainly very handicapped at this point i might have played it out a bit more - but thats me - never say die..etc. I do think the two center pawns could be blocked successfully for a time...so who knows...though agree a losing position if black is patient/methodical... Of course this assumes black move. if so i would block the lead pawn with rook on left then block second pawn with king 9if not exchanged)...and use other rook to protect lead white pawn (for a bit)...maybe force an exchange in the center with pawn advantage...?
