MosJan Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 The third All-Armenian barbeque festival in Lori 07.09.2011 - 09:21 http://www.armregions.am/imgs/1315256116-88f69754ee.150x150.jpg On the 18th of September the "Development and preservation of the Armenian national cuisine" NGO by the assistance of the ministry of economy of Armenia will organize the third All-Armenian barbeque festival, reports the correspondent of armregions.am in Vanadzor. This year the festival will be carried out under the title of the famous movie "When September comes". The main actor of the movie, Armen Djigarkhanyan is being invited. The statue of the actor, who is preparing barbeque, will be raised in Akhtala during the festival. The actor preliminarily agreed to attend festival. The representatives of the government of Armenia, the parliament deputies, the representatives of the tourism sphere, as well as the representatives of the international and non-governmental organizations are invited. The number of events will be carried out during the festival. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the independence of Armenia on the festival the 20-meter brazier will be constructed, which will be presented to the representatives of the national minorities of Armenia, as well as the guests from Georgia, Russia and Europe, in order they to prepare barbeque in accordance with their national traditions. © Armregions.am Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
