MosJan Posted August 29, 2001 Report Share Posted August 29, 2001 ARMENIAN WEIGHTLIFTER WINS GOLD MEDAL YEREVAN, AUGUST 28, ARMENPRESS: Another Armenian weightlifter Aren Hakobian (85 kg weight category) won a gold medal in the youth world championship in Austria's Klagenfurt. The first gold medal was won by Garnik Abrahamian in the weight category of 45 kg. Two other Armenian athletes Arman Atoyan (69kg weight category) and Arkady Petrosian (77 kg) have come 2-nd and 3-rd respectively.
