Reflexive pronouns

I have a question about the reflexive pronouns, particularly those in the Accusative, Ablative, and Instrumental declensions which have two possible forms.

For example:

Accusative: դուն քեզ or ինքզինքդ

Ablative: դուն գեզմէ or ինքնիրմեդ

Instrumental: դուն քեզմով or ինքնիրմովդ

 

I understand the declensions, but I was wondering about the usage of the words. Are the two forms mutually interchangeable or is one considered more formal than the other?
