SCHWARZ - SWARTHY ??

 

Schwarzenegger is once again making news, this time not so favorable. I knew that the first part of his surname meant “black”, so I had to look up to see what the second part “egger” meant. BTW. Arnold is neither blond or blue eyed. Neither was hitler, a fellow Austrian. Did you know that in German “auster” means “outer” as in the “out-back/Australia”? Or does it mean “other” as in “odar”? French “autre”? Italian “altro/ altieri”. No. No Altiero means “haughty/ high nosed”, as in “alto“ to mean “high“ as in altitude. So why the lower female voice called “alto”?

Turns out it means “harrower. What is a harrow, sometimes known as “plough/plow”. Aror in Armenian. Also see "ԽՈՓ/ԽՈԲ/khop" the metal part of the plow. Does not "harrow" sounds similar to "aror"?

Therefore his surname would loosely mean “black/dark skinned harrower”.

I had never wondered what “swarthy” means.

For quite sometime I have been mulling over the similarity of “Schwarz=black” and the word “swarthy”.

When one googles “swarthy Armenian” or “Armenian swarthy” it will open several sites where many have described the Armenian as “swarthy”. I had mistakenly assumed that it meant muscularly built, hairy broad chested etc. just like this Tork Angeghia /Angeghatsi;

Some say that the ancient Armenians were blond and blue-eyed “Aryans“ like the Norwegians and Icelanders.. Do you know what the furko-Armenian surname “geukgeuzian” means? “geuk” as in “geuv/sky/blue” and “geuz “ eye. Why don’t we change it to “երկնաչեան/yerknachian/կապուտաչեան /կապուտակեան/ կապուտիկեան”?

Any one know what Silva’s father’s family name was before he changed to Kaputikian?

Was it “geukgeuzoghlu-ian”? Did Silva have blue eyes? I don’t know. I don’t think so.. It does not seem so ..

It took me hours to re-edit the above to the traditional way Varouzhan had written?.

Fortunately I have the book where it is written as Daniel wrote it.

Where do they get the license to bastardize the way Varouzhan had written?

Why are we spitting on his Unmarked Grave? Do we spit on the graves of the likes of Charents and Sevak?

I suspect that Charents wrote in the traditional orthography just like Terian, Toumanian and Ishakian.

I would like to see the images of their handwritten originals. You mean there was no Unicode/stupicode in those days?? I.e before the word “YEV” became the 37th “letter”.

The argument has been that our children are confused with that “funny orthography”.

It in fact meant that those russki/sovietski could not read airmanship, and assumed that our children could not read how Narek, Varouzhan, Siamanto, Toumanian, Terian, Isahakian et al wrote.

How many more ways can we find to insult the intelligence of our children?

Are our children less intelligent than the Zimbabweians and Zulu’s?

Do they mean the non-intelligence of those sovietski/amianski /alzheimeranski/old paravs/հինումաշ պառաւներ ? So called 90 year old demented “docent/դոցենտ” whatever the $%#& it may mean.

 

My children are a thousand times more intelligent, sophisticated, and successful than I ever was.

Do I insult their intelligence?

If they know how to spell English not “inklish“, “france” nor “frans”, “teach” not “teech/tich”, “taught” not “tot”, “teat” not “tit” then why are we insulting the intelligence of our children in Yerevan, that they cannot learn the difference between ԹԻՒՆand ԹՅՈՒՆ? Between ՍԷՐ/love and ՍԵՐ/cream.

Will the more intelligent, be they 9 year old or 90 please stand up!!

How many more ways can we find to insult the intelligence of our children?

Do they mean the non-intelligence of those sovietski/amianski /alzheimeranski/old paravs/հինումաշ պառաւներ leninski idiotskis? So called 90 year old “docent/դոցենտ” whatever the $%#& it may mean. Please see the pictures of our senior citizens below.
