khodja Posted February 28, 2002 Report Share Posted February 28, 2002 So "Abkarian and Company" and the rest of the Glendale Republican bunch are bringing George Deukmejian out of the woodwork to shore up Rogan in his rematch with Schiff and Missakian in his rematch with Frommer. They think that 9/11 politics will help them win this year. Deukmejian was not the Pat Robertson Republican he is today when he won his 2 terms as governor. He was a Gerry Ford Republican. With his present political persuasions he would not get more than 40% of the California vote in a gubernatorial rematch.
