karapetk
I met a girl through Armenian dating site myarmenianlove.com and after about 5 months we met and started to be very close. Unfortunately I am on east cost and she is on West and I try to visit her at least twice in month.. Recently she started to give me hints that her parents are growing against our relationships as am not an armenian . I tried to get to the root of this but she says it is cultural.. Anything I can do to win her parents or at least not turn her against me?
Sip
If you are not Armenian, how did you end up on the Armenian dating site?
Yervant1
I think she is telling you politely to move on! I personally don't believe in long distance relationships.
Ashot
You are not an Armenian and your name is KARAPETK??? In anycase if a girls is from an Armenian family it is really hard to get her parents convinced to give you her hand! It takes a lot of time, effort and the list may go on for a bout a day and a half. However if you win her heart enough so that she says it's you over her whole Armenian huge family then buddy you'll be one those few lucky guys in the planet, she will be dedicated to you and she will eventually do and make you do everything to be together... If she says sorry buddy it's a cultural thing then it's best to stay away - trust me for whatever reason, if she ever feels under pressure, her brothers will haunt you down... It's tough loving an Armenian!
