By the way what man will ever take a pink cab to work? What has the world come to, jeez. Dear Arpa, transportation vehicles including taxis are smoke free, if a cop pulls over a driver who is smoking in a commercial vehicle, he will be immediately sited for 20,000 amd for first time offense. It get's better - if you are driving your own vehicle and there are children present in the car, they "may" pull you over and give citation for the same amount.
