This one goes out to you Hayastani who comes on Cyberiran. I am recycling a similar topic from Cyberiran:What if the Islamic Revolution never happened?

How do you see Armenia and the Armenian experience today if the genocide never occurred?

I saw a big regional alliance in our region (just like that of the European union) in this union the Armenians would have had good positions, as they lived in many countries, they could have brought different countries closer to each other. But the Turkish facsist have destroyed this hope, and still are conducting regionally unpopular politics.

What if Turkish tribes didn't win the battle of Manzikert in 1071? Didn't distroy Constantiopolis and Baghdad. I think the center of the world would have been the Middle east and Eastern Mediteranean, instead of North Atlantic and Western Europe. Middle East served as a cradle of civilization since ancient Egypt. Arabs had advanced knowledge of Algebra (it's an Arabic word I think), medicine, Astronomy and other sciences.
