Reminds one of other childrens’ rhymes like “tsapik, tsapik/ and jor, jor, jor @lla” etc..It is spelled and pronounced differently in many Armenian dialects. Which brings us to the main theme of this item In the Hamshen dialect ororel is օրուշ/oroush. See pgs 620 and 621 here. Sorry.
