khodja
Hoe can anyone say that the Turkish government has gained from TARC? Their gains are very fleeting. Long term, the Armenians have exposed them. They are stepping up their use of the Jewish lobbies because they know full well hat they have lost dearly on ther diplomatic front because of TARC. Only a coward or one who KNOWS that they will lose would cancel an independent study of the Genocide. My question to all of you is, what idiots in our community have created a situation where both the US and the organized worldwide Jewish community are opposed to our interests? MJ
While I agree with the latest material of Khodja, I just wonder how many corners does his mouth have?
khodja
I call things as I see them. Just because I do not have TOTAL adulation for the Armenian psyche does not mean that I have corners of my mouth. You clearly do not understand my viewpoints. I think it is because we come from entirely different socialization processes.
MJ
OK. I'll give you that. It's a Christmas time.
MJ
Ai Khodja... You don't belong to any curlture. You are big time confused boy between different cultures, and even at your age you are searching for your place. I would say, welcome home. khodja
MJ, Again our different mentalities come into focus. I am Armenian, but see myself in a larger humanity. You see yourself as an ARMENIAN, period. Outward looking or inward looking? I think that it is time that we entered the community of nations. Enough of an insular mentality. In some ways the Armenian approach is stifling.
MJ
Khodja, I am in good Christmas spirit, therefore don't want to go back to the earlier diagnosis given to you.
khodja
MJ, Yes, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am beginning to suspect that under your gruff and curt demeanor that you are just a big teddy bear. I consider your approach to be one the Eastern Armenian culture, while mine is that of the American Protestant culture.
