khodja
Let us commence a world wide campaign to let Miramax and Disney know that we will not tolerate the upcoming Turkish campaign to stop distribution of the film "Ararat." In 1935 the Turkish government stoppped the filming of the Forty Days of "Musa Dagh." Will we allow ths new film also to be snowballed? MosJan
ok you have got my attention haw do we do this, tell me just for your info . we do have a move 40 Days of Musa Dagha, not counting the 2 plays that was made in Armenia in 1986-88 . turkey or some of the turks can do whatever they like this Film is 80% ready to go, if not the big guys than there is atlist 30 privet individuals who are welling to $support this film . remember the film that was made in France? Miyrig ?? will turkey had a big campaign on this film, what happened ?? it was after all only a noise that turks razed. This is not the first time that an Armenian makes a film just 3 months a go a documentary film was introduced in USA, The Armenians, the story of Survival, and before that many others, yes one might say this is one of the biggest projects on Armenian Genocide, that this is different, the story of Survival was on TV for 4 times, it was on KOCT if I'm not mistaking for millions of Americans and Canadians, that's haw I have ordered my copy, and if Yegoyan was not filling secure enough to make this film in Canada he would make the film in France, under French flag. but back to the topic - you have got my attention, haw do we do this tell me....
