Arpa
How would you articulate the phrase sphere of influence in Armenian? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sphere_of_influenceYes. We know those in yerevan are enamored with the word "sphere". They go by that stupid dictionary where it says "shrjan/shrjanak" literally "circle/area" means. I have no idea what the russian word for circle/area is, environment/neigborhood, not that stupid russky "sphere/globe" as in the globe atlas.Yet, we see day after day our so called Armenian media talk about "sphere".Like in this "sphere" երկրագունդ/world ball?http://common2.csnimages.com/lf/1/hash/465/1718423/1/Atlas+World+Globe.jpg Edited August 27, 2010 by Arpa
