A beggar from Yerevan has asked Armenia's Prime Minister Andranik Margarian to make a decree on granting him 10 drams charity. Margarian met the beggar near the building of Yerevan State University. Noteworthy that Margarian addressed the beggar by his own initiative. In response the beggar announced that he is glad to be introduced to the premier and added: "It would be great if you instruct to give me 10 drams charity".
