Some 200 Kurdish protesters went to streets for a rally against ban on the leading Turkish pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party. The protesters hurled stones and firebombs at Houses, cars and houses. Groups of Turkish nationalists gathered at Beyoglu and attacked the protestors with knives, guns, and baseball bats. Police prevented these attacks, divided the warring sides and blocked the roads to Democratic Society Partys office. These protests and riots flopped over Ankara, where some 200 demonstrators hurled stones and firebombs at houses, cars, and shops. And as in Istanbuls Beyoglu, the Turkish nationalist groups gathered here to attack the Kurdish protesters, but police prevented the conflict using tear gas.
