A man attempted to sell baby was arrested in Baku, press service of the Interior Ministry told APA. As a result of operations conducted by the Interior Ministry’s Transport Police Office, resident of Baku previously convicted Ilham Trihude was arrested in the territory of Baku Railway Station when he attempted to sell his friend Zulfiyya Huseynova’s 7-month daughter Konul for 6 400 AZN.
