PaperBoy Posted March 16, 2009 Report Share Posted March 16, 2009 According to the information of the NKR Defense Ministry, in the night of March 13, the Azerbaijan party again violated the cease-fire regime in the southeast direction of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces' contact-line, as a result of which a serviceman of the NKR Defense Army, while having his duty, was killed by a sniper.
