PaperBoy Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 An alarm was received on March 9 at 2:30 p.m. that the metal roof of the balcony on the 5th floor of bulding 16 on Babayan Street of Yerevan was torn off due to strong winds and was hung from the tree near by.
