Speaking on behalf of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), at the 75th session of the U.N. Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Pakistan's Ambassador at the United Nations, Munir Akram expressed "deep concern over the aggression against Azerbaijan".
