PaperBoy Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 The March 1 parliamentary committee hasn’t received the letter sent by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Smirnov for five days running. The letter refers to the possibility of the synthesis of the “Cheyomukha-7” special weapons and the bullets. We asked Samvel Nikoyan why the letter is late and if they had tried to find out. Nikoyan said that the telephone number of Smirnov is blocked and they can’t get in touch with him.
