In 2008, 52 citizens of Alaverdi passed the medical exam and received a sanitary information pamphlet, while another 22 have applied for this year. Workers will be granted permission to work based on results of the medical exam by doctor and president of the commission created especially for coordinating the medical exam process Avetik Vardanyan.
