Guest
Armenia Considers Exporting Planes YEREVAN (Armenpress)--The Armenian Export Union is considering exporting airplanes to Russia for agricultural and sport-related use. Negotiations have already begun between the Armenian and Russian sides. Union Chairman Vazgen Safarian said a $10 million investment is required for the deal to go through. The construction of a new factory has been proposed, however, the Armenian Export Union feels the purchase of new machinery for the existing factory at Hrazdan will be more beneficial. According to Safarian, a joint-venture between Armenia, Russia, and India is likely to take place.
