American Co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group for Artsax conflict settlement, Carey Cavanaugh said today that Armenia could become the economic, intellectual and cultural leader in the region. He said this speaking at the interactive news conference, organized by the U.S. Department of State for Armenian and Azerbaijani journalists.
