Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary relations have activated lately, chairman of the parliamentary commission for foreign affairs, Hovanes Hovanesian told Mediamax today in an interview. The visit of the delegation of Russia's State Duma led by speaker Gennady Seleznev to Yerevan, planned on June 7-9th, can attest to this, he said.
