MosJan Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 so what is a billion anyhow? a billion seconds ago it was 1959 a billion minutes ago jesus was probably alive.....(if you're a believer) a billion hours ago the world was in the stone age a billion days ago, there was nothing walking on two feet . . . . . . a billion dollars is 8 minutes and 20 seconds ago at the rate the govt is spending our money. President Bush asked God what is a billion $s to him and God said back "a penny" Then he asked God what 10,000 years is to him and the reply was "one second" so Bush says to God he says " hey...ya wanna loan me 80 cents" . . . . .
