MosJan Posted September 11, 2008 Report Share Posted September 11, 2008 IRAN-ARMENIA PIPELINE BEING TESTEDThe construction of the Iran-Armenia gas pipeline has been completed. Armen Movsisisan, Armenian Minister for Power Engineering and Natural Resources, said that the only work left to do is to increase the capacity of the Yerevan-Kajaran line. Those works are to be accomplished by November. The testing of the gas pipeline are soon to be started, after which the exploitation of the pipeline at full power will become possible. According to the Minister, 2.3-2.5 billion square meters of gas will be imported to Armenia from Iran.
