Ashot Posted June 5, 2008 Report Share Posted June 5, 2008 ARARAT MAHTESSIAN DISMISSED [08:35 pm] 04 June, 2008 Serzh Sarkissian signed a decree on relieving Ararat Mahtessian of the post of the first Deputy Chief of the RoA Police at the RoA Government. On June 11 President Sargssian signed a decree on relieving Head of the Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Orders Gagik Ayvazyan of his post and appointing Mihran Poghossian to the same position.
