Aratta-Kingdom Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 TODAY TREE PLANTING DAY IN YEREVAN Panorama.am 17:09 12/04/2008 Today it is announced as a tree planting day in Yerevan. To take part in the tree planting event the mayor of Yerevan Ervand Zakharyan visited Nansen Park early in the morning. Some officials and scientists also took part in the tree planting. The mayor planted some fur trees in the park. He said that 1500 trees and 20 thousands plants should be planted in the Nansen Park. After, the mayor will visit another park at Shengavit where 5 thousands trees will be planted.
