Armenak Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 (edited) I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Herbie Hancock's River: The Joni Letters won the Grammy award for Best Album of the Year. I thought either Kanye West's or Amy Winehouse's album would have won. Hancock's album is a tribute to singer and musician Joni Mitchell. Most of the tracks feature vocals by famous singers such as Norah Jones, Tina Turner, as well as Joni Mitchell herself. Two of the tracks have been uploaded to YouTube...
