My mother is the ultimate - she basically rules the entire extended family (as the youngest)...yet still claims not to be an Armenian...LOL. Even when I was a child though I had the reputation as the only one in the entire family to be able to stand up to her. Even my Grandmother - her mother - would run to me (in jest) and hide behind me and ask for my assistance against her daughter - my mother - LOL. So I can very much deal with this type of women - LOL - though have no care to actually. My wife and I have basically a full and equitable relationship in all areas (and I give her credit...because I am younger then she is...LOL)! Yeah, Im in a sort of similar situation, my mother can be very harsh to my dad when he does something she doesnt like, but she hardly complains to me if I do something bad. Also, my dad relies on me sometimes to help him out when my mums being unreasonable about something (LOL), because she can be very stubborn.
