Guest Posted December 28, 2000 Report Share Posted December 28, 2000 Second Armenia-Diaspora Forum to Be Held YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)--Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian announced that the second Armenia-Diaspora forum will be held in September 2001. After a year-long interval the decisions taken at last year's forum will be implemented. An executive secretary with the purpose of working with the Diaspora has already been set up to start working starting January 1, 2001. Its aims will be the realization of decisions taken at the first forum: foundation of a youth camp, pan-Armenian television station, and joint commissions.
