Guest Posted December 26, 2000 Report Share Posted December 26, 2000 Columbus Elementary does holiday chorus By JUDY SECKLER COLUMBUS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -- A flag ceremony at ceremony at Columbus Elementary School allowed second- and fourth-grade students to offer up a medley of holiday songs in Armenian, English and Spanish. Fifty-four students wore holiday colors of blue, red, green and white with assorted Santa hats Wednesday morning. The ceremony wrapped up with a quote from "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." Second-grade teacher Isabel Fulgoni's class and fourth-grade teacher Lala Sahakian's class volunteered to be the holiday chorus for the ceremony.
