Genocide, Will Turkey Ever Recognize It?

I've want to know what you all think.

 

1. Genocide, will Turkey ever recognize it with reparations and return of land? Can any government or group of nations other than Turkey demand return of land/reparations to Armenians?

 

2. Which armenian political party in the government should be responsible for accepting genocide recognition resolution. There are stakeholders outside of Armenian government, how will their voice be heard? At any given point, Armenia's government is a snapshot of certain %'s from each party, do we really want today's snapshot to speak on behalf of past, current and future generations.

With regards to Turkey's recognition, I do not think it will recognize it. And as for "reparations" in terms of land, these are not "reparations", these are our rightful ownership, and we must not rely on Turkey's (or anyone's) good will to give us "reparations", but rather we should take it with our own power and our own blood.
