Don't the Azeri state officials say shit like all of Nagorno-Kharapakh/Artsakh must become a part of Azerbejian and then maybe most of Armenia too? But eventually I understood that apparently Kharapakh was another way of saying it too. No. Not Russian. furko-persian.
