yerevanforeigner6
Barev/parev all! Im anun e Brigi. Yes aprum em Hungaria. Ok the rest of the topic entry will be written in English. I hope I wrote it correct way thta my name is Brigi and I live in Hungary. The reason why I become interested in Armenia its because mainly the language and its history caught me first although I know so little about it. First I was searching for Armenian song and I found two or three by Christine Pepelyan and I liked the song right away though I didn't understand a word. Afterwards I checked Wikipedia page and read the story about the Nagorno Karabakh war between Azerbaijan and Armenian from 1988 to 1994. After then I thought I needed to find some Armenians who could teach me some Armenian phrases. I would like to make friends with Armenians from some parts of the world particularly from Canada, Russia, France, Iran. My favourite countries include Canada ,USA, Israel and France but I also like Russia and Armenia as well as Iran. I would like to visit few of those aforementioned countries sometime. I think I would need to learn both dialects in Armenian. There is also a little personal reason for me to learn Armenian that is because I would like to make good friends with an Armenian guy living in Russia.. but the guy doesn't really speak English so I think I had better to learn Armenian if possible. If anyone speaks Eastern Armenian and is from Yerevan please feel free to contact me. I would also welcome other Armenians from various parts of the world from Middle East or from North America too. PS. Lastly does anyone know where could I order a Christine Pepelyan album ? ( and if possible I would need such website where one can pay not just with credit card but by other method) Shnorakalutsyun-thank you guys. I am aware of that Armenian is a difficult language but I will try not to give it up.
