Nah... maybe a relative, otherwise I'd have to say that his 100-year-old grandmother is a pretty progressive woman, visiting online forums and posting. My mom only recently got into the idea of the internet and has been actively searching music-related videos on Youtube Who knows. Maybe she'll return to clarify. arax Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 I was searching for news on Armen again since he has been all over the press opening for british singer Nick Cave and came across this thread again. NO I am not his 100 year old grand mother! nor did I know we have the same name, maybe I'm related to him! Armen recently released his first album and it is mostly Komitas, with one Ganatchian and a couple of original pieces. I listen to it all the time for it's so beautiful and haunting. Again as I mentioned before, he is bringing our music to an entirely new demographic and the album is doing great on itunes.
