Arvestaked
This is a very long shot but thought I'd give it a try. I need to move out by Jan. 31. I'm looking for a neat, Armenian male to share a San Fernando Valley 2 bedroom apartment with. Should be willing to pay up to $800 and should not be stupid or a d!ck. I would like to be in Sherman Oaks or Studio City. I'm 25 but age doesn't really matter.
SanVal
I posted like that myself some time ago. But in your mid-20's, it's so much nicer to live by yourself. Hey, if you don't mind living with someone who isn't Armenian, I know two guys (one in Woodland Hills, another in Sherman Oaks) who are looking for roommates. Arvestaked
I posted like that myself some time ago. But in your mid-20's, it's so much nicer to live by yourself. Hey, if you don't mind living with someone who isn't Armenian, I know two guys (one in Woodland Hills, another in Sherman Oaks) who are looking for roommates. Believe me I would much rather live on my own, especially since my last roommate turned out to be a psychopath. But the difference in the apartment I can get with a roommate as opposed to alone is huge. Alone, I would have to live in a shitty, small, ugly place in a crappy location. With a roommate I can live in a prime location in a nice apartment. And it increases my options because I've had such a hard time finding a decent place. Is the Sherman Oaks guy willing to pay upto 800 and is he available to move by Jan 31? And would you vouch for him as being a decent and neat guy? I only said Armenian because it alows me to infer certain things about the person I normally would not be able to. I see it as if he's Armenian chances are he's not too screwed up. But I'm open. Arvestaked
Actually, same questions apply to the Woodland Hills guy. I like Sherman Oaks much more but I work in WH.
SanVal
The Sherman Oaks guy is decent. He's the homeowner and he seems to take very good care of the house. It has a pool, too. I don't think he has a particular date in mind, as he's already living there and it's his place. Unfortunately, I think he's asking for 1k (with utilities). It would probably need to be an apartment for it to be cheaper. The Woodland Hills guy doesn't have a place as nice as the one who lives in Sherman Oaks, but I bet it's cheaper. I used to work/live in Woodland Hills, too, and I understand it's boring...but you could be living right next to the Topanga mall. I know what you mean about roommate vs. no roommate. I live by myself near downtown LA, and it's a very small studio for which I pay $1100.

I am neat, Armenian, willing to pay up $800 and I am not stupid and certainly not Richard. However, I am not A male and I don't live in CA, would this be a problem? Respectfully, Not Richard. Apparently, Moscow is the number 1 expensive city in the world, strangely enough with this achievement it's marching into the brave new world of communism ruled by the shadow of Stalin and Mr. Putin's dynamic personality.
